Qibao Landscape 2017

- Qixin Red Dot city is located in Shanghai, Minhang District. The project plot area is 55,349 sqm. Within which, the landscape area for phase one is 16,000 sqm and 19,000sqm for phase two. After the design, the overall green ratio for both plot is approximately 40%. In order to incorporate the existing structures into the landscape concept while creating interesting outdoor experience, the design is created by a series of square-shaped planters with various sizes and heights. This form allows flexibility in generating pathways for circulation; lazas for gathering and vents; semi-enclosed outdoor rooms for seating and dining, which enriches the layers of expriences for the users.
